Delivery Details…

We aim to ship your order as soon as possible and it’s normally with you in a few days. Here’s what you need to know about order deliveries.

We endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here’s how we create, ship and manage the delivery of your order.


As a small business, we sadly are not Amazon and therefore cannot compete with their incredible turnaround times and fleet of delivery options. Instead, we use leading couriers and offer a high quality delivery service whilst absorbing much of the cost into our overheads.

Delivery Charges

We competitively price our products and offer a number of delivery options. Our delivery charges are always on a ‘per order’ basis regardless of the number of items you order. If your order is under £75, then our standard delivery charge is just £4.95. Orders over £75 are delivered free of charge. Our standard delivery service is a 3-5 working day service.

If you are in a particular rush, we can upgrade your delivery to a 2 working day insured service. This is a fully trackable, premium service and is just £9.95 and your order should be with you within 2 working days from dispatch.

Remote Locations

Please note that due to courier restrictions some UK delivery destinations within the UK mainland may incur additional surcharge and are therefore excluded from our standard, express and / or free delivery offers. These include (but are not limited to) Scottish Highlands and Islands and other remote locations. We kindly ask that you please contact us before you complete your purchase if you are in a remote location and we will be more than happy to confirm a shipping charge at cost.  

International Delivery

We regularly ship our products to customers beyond the UK, into Europe and right across the world. We work with specialist, leading international couriers and as a result offer great value shipping to most global locations. Delivery Process

All orders are sent via insured courier delivery to the delivery address you provide when you place your order. Your order dispatch confirmation email will include tracking details allowing you to check the status of your delivery online.

We aim to ship as soon as we can and this is normally within 1-3 working days, however please bear in mind that delays may be unavoidable during peak, seasonal, promotional and holiday times. Depending on the stock status of the product(s) you order, there may be a short delay whilst items are finished ahead of shipping.

Which Courier

We always choose the most suitable courier for your order – and this is often led by the delivery location and size of the order. Our approved couriers include DPD, TNT Express, ParcelForce, Royal Mail, DHL and Fedex.

Taking Delivery

Deliveries will take place Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and at any time between 8.30am and 6pm and the recipient will be required to provide a signature upon receipt. Please note that unfortunately we have no control over specific courier delivery times.

The online tracking facility often provides more information than we have access to and we suggest that you follow the link(s) within your order dispatch confirmation email for up to date delivery information.

Delivery Issues

Delivery issues are extremely rare and the vast majority of all orders are delivered on time if not ahead of schedule. Please note however, that as we use external third party couriers, whilst we endeavour to meet our stated delivery timeframe, we cannot be held responsible for any issues that our couriers may encounter.

If you have a particular deadline in mind, please let us know and we will do all we can to ensure that your order reaches you in time. Should our couriers experience difficulties making a delivery, they will either leave notification of their attempted delivery or one of our team will contact you. Should you have any problems with your delivery, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to help.
