My Account

Managing your Rustic Trading account online:

Setting up an Account

 

Once you have placed your order, you are presented with the option to create and account and doing so allows you to track your order and see your previous purchases. You will need to provide your email address and a (unique) username along with a secure password to set up your account.

Deleting My Accout

 

Should you wish to delete your account this can be done through your account. In order to do this, you will need to login and then follow the delete my account link and the instructions therein. Once you have deleted your account, you will no longer be able to view your orders or anything else relating to your previous purchases.

Ordering from Rustic Trading is simple, secure and quick. Our site is really straight forward and you can pay online using a credit or debit card or PayPal account without having to leave our secure website.

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment partner Stripe and PayPal too.

All credit / debit card information sent to our payment servers is completed using a fully secure system which means that the information is sent from your computer to our account(s) without us seeing it, via the most advanced security system available.

Nobody at Rustic Trading or our payment processing partners are able to decrypt transaction information or payment details and you can be assured that your transaction, your personal information and your credit / debit card information is secure even from our team because our systems only display your contact details and not your financial information.
