Shopping and Placing Your Order

Shopping on the Rustic Trading website is simple – once you have chosen the product(s) you want, simply add it to your basket. You will see a confirmation on screen to shows that the item has been added to your basket.

Your basket can be found in the header bar on the top right hand side of the page and you can view your basket at any time by clicking on it – it will appear on the right hand side of the page you are on. When you are ready to place your order, simply view your basket and click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’. When you are viewing your basket you can amend your order by changing quantities or deleting products.

Once on the checkout page, simply complete the form with your details, adding a different delivery address if required along with any additional notes (such as delivery information etc.) and then choose your payment option and complete your order.

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment partner Stripe and PayPal too.

Paying By Card

You can pay online using a credit / debit card without having to leave our secure website. Simply complete the information with your card details and follow the onscreen instructions.

Payment can be made by any of the leading credit / debit cards including: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and American Express..

Our payments are handled by market-leading payment gateway Stripe and their system uses cutting-edge data encryption and fraud detection tools to guarantee your online security. It is a safe, secure and super-simple way to pay online – and your financial details are never shared by Stripe – and as we do not see this information, it ensures that your credit / debit card details are fully safeguarded.

Once complete you will receive confirmation of receipt of your order on screen and also via email to the email address you have supplied. Please make sure that your email address is typed correctly as this is where your receipts and order updates will be sent.

Paying By PayPal

Alternatively, you can pay using your debit or credit card or PayPal account if you have one. Once you have placed your order on our site and have provided your details to complete the checkout process, you will be directed to the PayPal website which is a secure payment system in order to facilitate your payment (for more information about PayPal, please see the section below).

When using PayPal, you can use your credit or debit card to pay for your purchase online. You can also pay using an existing PayPal balance, where applicable.

Please note that we require payment in full, before we begin work on your order. Should we not receive your payment, we will contact you using the contact details provided when placing your order.
